When and Where is the conference?

The Learning Session will be held at the Sheraton Atlanta Hotel in Atlanta, Georgia on March 27-28,2019. An orientation day for new communities, and new team members from existing communities will be held on March 26th, 2019.


Who should attend?

Please send 2-6 team members from your community. If you can only send two people, those should be your team lead and your data lead. For descriptions of those roles, click here. To fill out the rest of your team, try to bring your champion leader (see description here), and your project leaders. You can also use this opportunity to engage new team members who haven’t been involved before. If you're a new community, or you're having trouble figuring out who should fill these roles, you can find some suggestions here.


What is the suggested attire?

Smart Casual and Comfortable
